the staff helped arrange tests. even after we moved to our next location in south africa, they assisted. the hotel ensured every detail was taken care of and were really good. i believe the staff are what make this hotel special.

i was left underwhelmed by the amenities. I WAS expecting an electric blanket because it's winter. the minibar selection was a disappointment for a luxury room. the room was fairly standard.

The pictures online misled me concerning the views from rooms. I booked a room WITH a beach and ocean view but the most prominent view from inside was of a large red brick building. THE bed area is on a raised platform. There is no night light to light the way, and I stumbled.
