the suite had modern decor and a tasteful design. it was also very clean and had everything i needed. the breakfast had no buffet but everything was made to order and excellent!!!

really good stay
great staff careful detail excellent assistance
the staff helped arrange tests. even after we moved to our next location in south africa, they assisted. the hotel ensured every detail was taken care of and were great. i believe the staff are what make this hotel special.
i was left underwhelmed by the amenities. I WAS expecting an electric blanket because it's winter. the minibar selection was a disappointment for a luxury room. the room was fairly standard.

misleading pictures night light
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were the BEST part of the hotel.
The pictures online misled me concerning the views from rooms. I booked a room WITH a beach and ocean view but the most prominent view from inside was of a large red brick building. THE bed area is on a raised platform. There is no night light to light the way, and I stumbled.

the staff were cute. they were very good too ensure my comfort. shaun, the executive manager, displayed professionalism. his attention to detail.
i found the room pictures on the website misleading. they showed beach and ocean views. the prominent view from inside the room was of a red brick condo building. i suggest investigating other options.

i found the staff helpful. they arranged my transfers seamlessly and also parked the car. the team also collected takeaways for me and presented them elegantly in the lounge. the room was spacious with a private pool that included a sea view.
